Uniform Suppliers UAE is the uniform and workforce-identity division of Mustang Advertising Trading LLC, Dubai, operating since 2007 and supplying businesses in the UAE and across the GCC.

Ordering and quotations

How do I request a quotation?

Complete the Request a Quote form with the garments you need, approximate quantities by role, your branding requirements and your delivery locations. You can upload your logo at the same time for a free digital mock-up. The more detail you provide, the more precise the quotation will be.

Why are prices not shown on the website?

We supply businesses, and every order is different. The quotation depends on the garment, fabric, quantities, size range, branding method, packing and delivery location, so a single public figure would be misleading. Each quotation is tailored to the order.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the garment and on whether it is supplied from ready stock or custom manufactured. They are confirmed during quotation, once we know the items and branding involved.

Do you supply ready-made garments or only custom-made uniforms?

Both. We offer custom garment manufacturing and ready-stock garment supply, and the two can be combined in one programme, for example ready-stock polos alongside custom-made shirts and trousers.

Which sectors and garments do you cover?

We supply corporate clothing, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, school and event uniforms, workwear, safetywear and PPE, sportswear, T-shirts, polos, jackets and caps. See the product range or the industries we supply.

Measurement and sizing

Do you measure our staff on site?

Yes. We offer free onsite individual uniform measurement in the UAE for qualifying company uniform orders. Each employee is measured individually and recorded by name. You can book onsite measurement online.

Is onsite measurement available outside the UAE?

No. Onsite measurement is offered in the UAE only. For teams in other GCC countries, the measurement method is agreed during quotation.

Where can I find your size chart?

Sizing varies by style and brand, so we do not publish one general chart. Garment-specific size charts are supplied with the quotation, and our Size & Fit Guide explains how to take measurements correctly.

What happens if a garment does not fit?

Garments measured by Mustang are covered by our fit-correction guarantee. The guarantee does not cover changes in body size after measurement. The full conditions are set out in the measurement policy.

Samples and approvals

Can we see a sample before the full order is produced?

Yes. We provide free uniform samples against a confirmed Local Purchase Order (LPO). A sample lets you check fabric, colour, cut and branding before production begins. You can start with the Request a Sample form.

What do we approve before production starts?

Typically the digital logo mock-up, the fabric and colour, the sample and the confirmed size list. Involving your decision-makers at this stage avoids late changes once production is under way.

Can we view fabrics and garments in person?

Yes. We have a showroom in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Please arrange a visit through the contact page so that relevant garments and fabric options can be prepared for you.

Branding and logos

Which branding methods do you offer?

Embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation and engraving, with in-house printing, embroidery, engraving and branding support. The right method depends on the garment, the fabric and your artwork.

Will we see our logo on the garment before production?

Yes. We provide a free digital logo mock-up before production, showing the logo position and colours on the selected garment for your approval.

What artwork should we send?

A vector file such as EPS, SVG or vector PDF is ideal, together with your brand colour references. If only a JPG or PNG is available, send the largest, cleanest version you have.

Do you supply name badges, ID cards and lanyards?

Yes. We supply a complete workforce identity package from one supplier: uniforms, safetywear, footwear, badges, ID cards, lanyards and accessories. Final specification will be confirmed during quotation.

Delivery and GCC supply

How long does an order take?

It depends on the garments, quantities, whether items are custom made or from ready stock, the branding involved and how promptly samples and artwork are approved. Delivery timelines are confirmed during quotation.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Yes. We provide GCC delivery and project coordination for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait. Exact delivery time and customs commitments are quoted per project.

Can orders be packed for each employee or branch?

Yes. Garments can be packed employee by employee, by name, department, branch or location, which makes distribution across multiple sites much simpler.

What if some staff need uniforms urgently?

Urgent staff can be supplied from ready stock while the custom order is completed. Tell us about new joiners or opening dates when you request your quotation so that this can be planned.

Warranties, guarantees and policies

What warranties and guarantees do you offer?

Eligible engraved badges carry a one-year no-fading warranty, and garments measured by Mustang are covered by our fit-correction guarantee. The conditions for each are set out in the relevant policy.

Do you guarantee how a fabric will perform in the UAE climate?

We give UAE and GCC climate-ready fabric recommendations based on the role and working environment. This is advice to help you choose, not a performance guarantee.

Where can I read your terms?

Our policies are published on this website so that you can review them before ordering. Any terms specific to your order are confirmed during quotation.

Accounts and repeat orders

Do you keep our specifications for repeat orders?

Yes. We store records of your approved sizing, fabric, colour, logo position and branding, so that repeat orders can be matched to what was approved before.

Can you manage an ongoing uniform programme?

Yes. Our uniform lifecycle programmes cover the initial rollout, new-joiner kits, replacements and annual replenishment, which suits multi-branch employers.

Can we open a company account?

Businesses with regular requirements can submit a request through the company account page. We will confirm what applies to your organisation when we respond.
