These terms govern quotations, orders and supply by Mustang Advertising Trading LLC (Dubai trade licence 645449), operating UniformSuppliers.ae, part of the Mustang Group (mustangllc.ae). UniformSuppliers.ae is a business-to-business catalogue; prices are provided by quotation and the website does not sell or display retail prices.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are based on the specification, quantities and artwork you provide and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. An order is confirmed once we receive your written approval and any required deposit. We may decline or cancel an order where specifications cannot be met.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, trademarks or artwork supplied to us for production. You retain ownership of your own brand assets; we retain ownership of our designs, mock-ups and production files.

Samples and pre-production

Samples and digital mock-ups are provided to confirm specification before bulk production. Please review and approve carefully; approved samples and artwork form the basis of your order — see our Sample Policy.

Production, delivery and inspection

Lead times and delivery are confirmed per order — see our Delivery Policy. Please inspect goods on receipt and notify us of any issue within the period set out in our Warranty Terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable courts of Dubai.
