An office uniform has to work for people who do very different jobs under the same logo: a receptionist seated in strong air-conditioning all day, a sales executive moving between a cool showroom and a hot car park, a pantry attendant who needs to move freely, and a driver who spends hours behind the wheel. One shirt for everyone rarely works.

Uniform Suppliers UAE is the uniform and workforce-identity division of Mustang Advertising Trading LLC, operating since 2007. We supply and manufacture corporate shirts, blazers, trousers, polo shirts and dresses, branded with your logo. This page sets out what each office role typically wears and what to specify. For the full buying guide, see our corporate uniforms UAE page.

The office uniform challenge in the UAE

Most UAE offices combine multi-nationality teams, a wide size range and different modesty preferences. A programme that offers a single cut or a single sleeve length leaves part of the team uncomfortable, and uncomfortable staff stop wearing the uniform as intended.

Offices are also rarely one site. Head office, branches in other emirates and free-zone desks all need the same colour, the same logo position and the same garment, including for people who join mid-year. That makes office uniforms a record-keeping task as much as a garment choice.

Role-by-role garment guide

Fabric and climate notes

Office staff live in two climates. Indoors, air-conditioning can be cold enough that front-desk and administration teams ask for a layer; outdoors, the commute and client visits mean heat and humidity. A lightweight, breathable shirt plus a blazer, waistcoat or cardigan handles both better than one heavy garment.

Choosing between blends

Polyester-rich blends generally hold colour and resist creasing through repeated washing. Cotton-rich blends feel cooler against the skin but need more ironing. Because most office uniforms are laundered at home, simple care instructions matter more than they do in sectors with managed laundry. Our fabric care guide explains what to tell staff.

We give UAE and GCC climate-ready fabric recommendations for each role as advice, not as a performance guarantee. Final specification will be confirmed during quotation.

Branding and identification

Embroidered logos, name badges and ID cards complete the look. Embroidery is the usual choice for shirts, blazers and polo shirts because it sits well on structured fabric; our embroidery service is handled in-house, and you receive a free digital logo mock-up before production.

Decide logo position, size and thread colours once and apply them to every role. For identification, workforce accessories such as name badges, engraved badges, ID cards and lanyards can be ordered with the garments. Eligible engraved badges carry a one-year no-fading warranty, set out in our warranty terms.

How ordering works

  1. Brief. Share roles, numbers per branch, garments per person and your logo artwork.
  2. Mock-up and samples. We prepare a free digital logo mock-up. Free uniform samples are provided against a confirmed Local Purchase Order (LPO).
  3. Measurement. Free onsite measurement in the UAE for qualifying company uniform orders means each employee is measured individually at your office. See onsite measurement.
  4. Production and branding. Ready-stock garments can be combined with custom manufacturing in one programme, and urgent staff can be supplied from ready stock while the custom order is completed.
  5. Packing. Garments are packed employee by employee, labelled by name, department, branch or location.
  6. Repeat orders. We store records of approved sizing, fabric, colour, logo position and branding, so reorders match the original.

Delivery timelines are confirmed during quotation. For new joiners, replacements and annual replenishment, see employee uniform programmes.

Frequently asked questions

Do all office staff need to wear the same garment?

No. Most programmes keep one colour palette and one logo treatment, then vary the garment by role: tailored pieces for the front desk and management, polo shirts or tunic-style shirts for support staff and drivers.

Can you measure our staff at the office?

Yes. Free onsite individual measurement is available in the UAE for qualifying company uniform orders. Garments measured by Mustang are covered by our fit-correction guarantee, which does not cover body-size changes after measurement. Details are in the measurement policy.

How do we handle new joiners after the first rollout?

Because approved sizing, fabric, colour and branding records are stored, new-joiner kits and replacements can be ordered against the same specification without restarting the approval process.

Can we see the uniform before committing the whole order?

You receive a free digital logo mock-up before production, and free uniform samples are provided against a confirmed LPO. The conditions are explained in our sample policy.
