Requesting samples

Samples are provided on request for genuine business enquiries, subject to availability of the item and quantity requested. Some specialised or custom items may be produced as a paid pre-production sample; this will be confirmed on your quotation.

Custom and branded samples

Branded pre-production samples reproduce your logo and specification for approval. Approved samples form the reference standard for your order — see our Terms and Conditions.

Lead time and delivery

Sample lead times depend on the item and are confirmed at the time of request. Delivery follows our Delivery Policy.
