UniformSuppliers.ae, operated by Mustang Advertising Trading LLC (part of the Mustang Group, mustangllc.ae), stands behind the workmanship of the uniforms and branding we supply.

What is covered

We warrant that goods are produced to the approved specification and are free from manufacturing and branding defects in normal use. If an item does not match the approved sample or specification due to a fault on our side, we will repair, replace or otherwise remedy it.

Claims

Please inspect goods on delivery and notify us of any defect or discrepancy within a reasonable period of receipt, with photographs and your order reference, so we can assess and resolve the matter quickly.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, incorrect care or laundering, alterations made after delivery, or sizes confirmed by the customer at order stage. Colour and fabric may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances.
