Sizing is where many uniform rollouts go wrong: size charts are misread, staff guess, and a multi-nationality workforce covers a wide range of builds and fit preferences. Onsite uniform measurement in the UAE removes the guesswork, because Mustang’s team visits your workplace and measures each employee individually.

How a measurement day runs
- Scheduling. The date, location and time slots are agreed with HR around shift patterns, so operations are not disrupted.
- Set-up. The measurement team sets up in a room on your premises, working from the staff list you supply.
- Individual measurement. Each employee is measured individually. Measurements are recorded against name, employee number, department and branch, with fit preference noted, for example regular, looser or modest fit.
- Check and sign-off. HR receives the measurement list to check names, roles and garment allocations before production.
- Production and packing. Garments are sized from the recorded measurements and packed employee by employee by name, department, branch or location.
For multi-branch teams, sessions are planned by location so that each branch is measured where its staff work.

Absent staff and new joiners

New joiners are added to the same record once sized, so their garments match the rest of the team.
Records stored for repeat and replacement orders
Approved sizing is stored with the approved fabric, colour, logo position and branding for repeat orders. A replacement garment for an existing employee can be ordered against that record, provided their size has not changed. This is the basis of an employee uniform programme.
Fit-correction guarantee
A fit-correction guarantee applies to garments measured by Mustang. Fit issues should be reported within the stated inspection period, and the guarantee does not cover body-size changes after measurement. Full conditions are set out in the measurement policy.
Because the guarantee relates to garments measured by Mustang, it is worth having as many staff as possible measured on the day.

What happens if a garment does not fit?
Garments measured by Mustang are covered by a fit-correction guarantee. Report the issue within the stated inspection period. The guarantee does not cover body-size changes after measurement.
Do staff need to be measured again for repeat orders?
Not usually. Sizing records are stored for repeat and replacement orders. Re-measurement is sensible where an employee’s size has changed or the garment style is new.
