Facilities management uniforms in the UAE are worn on someone else’s premises. Cleaners, technicians, landscapers and front-of-house staff represent the FM contractor and the client whose building they work in, so the uniform has to serve two brands under one contract.

Uniform Suppliers UAE, the uniform and workforce-identity division of Mustang Advertising Trading LLC, supplies uniform programmes for FM, cleaning and maintenance companies across the UAE and GCC. This page covers garments by role, client colour coding, new-joiner kits and how repeat supply is organised across sites.

The uniform challenge in facilities management

An FM company rarely has one uniform. It has a version for each contract, issued to teams spread across towers, malls, schools, clinics and residential communities, often in several emirates. Each contract has a mobilisation date, and staff must be in the right uniform on day one.

The workforce changes constantly. Staff move between sites, contracts expand, and turnover in cleaning and soft-services roles means new joiners need kit throughout the year. Add outdoor heat for landscaping teams, strong air-conditioning indoors, frequent laundering and a wide range of sizes, and the buying task becomes one of control as much as garment choice.

Multi-site contracts and client colour coding

Colour-code by role or by client, add embroidered branding, and reorder from stored specifications as teams grow. We keep records of approved sizing, fabric, colour, logo position and branding for each uniform version, so a repeat order for one client site matches what was issued before.

Staff turnover and new-joiner kits

Under an employee uniform programme, a standard kit is defined for each role: garments, sets per person, badge and accessories. New joiners receive that kit, replacements are logged, and annual replenishment is planned instead of being raised as separate urgent orders.

Technical teams usually draw on our industrial workwear range, and guarding teams on the security services programme.

Fabric and climate notes

Cleaning and soft-services uniforms are washed more often than almost any other workwear, so ask how a fabric behaves after repeated laundering and compare a washed sample where possible. Outdoor teams need lighter fabrics and sun coverage; indoor teams in strongly air-conditioned buildings may need a layer.

For safety gloves, the right type depends on the chemical or task, so tell us what the glove must protect against. Final specification will be confirmed during quotation. Our fabric recommendations for UAE and GCC conditions are advice, not a performance guarantee.

Branding and identification

FM uniforms often carry two identities: the contractor logo and a client or site name. Agree positions and sizes with your client first, then send both artworks for a free digital logo mock-up before production. Embroidery and printing are handled in-house.

Name badges, ID cards and lanyards can be supplied in the same order, which matters where building access depends on visible ID. A complete workforce identity package from one supplier keeps colours and logos consistent across garments and accessories.

How ordering works

  1. Enquiry: send roles, headcount by site, the mobilisation date and logos through Request a Quote.
  2. Proposal: we combine ready-stock garments with custom manufacturing in one programme.
  3. Mock-up and sample: a free digital logo mock-up, then uniform samples, which are free against a confirmed Local Purchase Order (LPO).
  4. Measurement: free onsite individual uniform measurement in the UAE for qualifying company uniform orders.
  5. Employee and site packing: garments are packed employee by employee, by name, department, branch or location, so each site supervisor receives a labelled issue.
  6. Repeat orders: stored records are used for new-joiner kits, replacements and annual replenishment.

Delivery timelines are confirmed during quotation.

Frequently asked questions

Can each client site have its own uniform colour?

Yes. Each version is recorded with its approved fabric, colour, logo position and branding, so repeat orders for a site match the original issue.

How are new joiners and replacements handled during a contract?

Through a uniform lifecycle programme covering rollout, new-joiner kits, replacements and annual replenishment. Urgent staff can be supplied from ready stock while a custom order is completed.

Can uniforms be packed by site and by employee?

Yes. Orders are packed employee by employee and grouped by department, branch or location, so supervisors can hand out kit without sorting sizes on site.

Is onsite measurement available for large cleaning teams?

Free onsite individual uniform measurement is available in the UAE for qualifying company uniform orders. Garments measured by Mustang are covered by a fit-correction guarantee, which does not cover body-size changes after measurement. See onsite measurement.
