Based in Dubai and serving the wider UAE and GCC, we supply uniforms, workwear, safetywear and branded workforce accessories to businesses of every size, with local support from a Jebel Ali showroom and production and warehouse operations in Dubai.

Uniform Suppliers UAE is the uniform and workforce-identity division of Mustang Advertising Trading LLC, operating since 2007. This page is for Dubai-based buyers who are choosing a local supplier: what local service should include, what to check before you commit, and how supply and support work once the first order is placed.

Who this page is for

Choosing a supplier in Dubai is rarely about the garment alone. It is about who will measure your staff, who will answer when three new joiners start on Sunday, and who still holds your approved shade and logo position a year later.

  • Office managers and HR teams arranging uniforms for a Dubai head office or branch network.
  • Procurement teams comparing local suppliers against an LPO and an approval process.
  • Operations managers opening a new outlet, clinic, site or warehouse in Dubai.
  • Business owners who want one accountable supplier instead of separate garment, embroidery and badge vendors.

What a local Dubai supplier should give you

A showroom you can visit

Our showroom is in Jebel Ali, near JAFZA. Seeing a fabric in hand, comparing shades under real light and checking an embroidered logo on a finished garment settles questions that photographs cannot. Location and contact details are on the contact page.

Measurement at your premises

Free onsite individual uniform measurement is offered in the UAE for qualifying company uniform orders. Staff are measured at your workplace, which avoids the errors that come with self-reported sizes. Garments measured by Mustang are covered by a fit-correction guarantee, which does not cover body-size changes after measurement. See onsite measurement and the measurement policy for the conditions.

Ready stock for urgent needs

New starters and sudden headcount changes do not wait for a production run. Urgent staff are supplied from ready stock while the custom order is completed, and both can sit inside one programme. The ready-stock uniforms page explains the route.

Branding handled in-house

Embroidery, garment printing and engraving are carried out in-house, with a free digital logo mock-up before production. One team is responsible for both the garment and the logo on it.

One supplier for the whole workforce identity

Uniforms, safetywear, footwear, badges, ID cards, lanyards and accessories come from one supplier. One supplier for garments, branding and ongoing employee replacements means one brief, one set of records and one point of contact.

Supplying businesses across Dubai

Dubai employers are spread across free zones, industrial areas and business districts, and each setting asks something different of a uniform.

  • Free zones and logistics hubs, such as Jebel Ali: warehouse, technical and office teams often share one site, so a programme has to cover workwear and corporate wear together.
  • Industrial areas, such as Al Quoz and Dubai Investments Park: durable workwear, safetywear and clear company identification matter most.
  • Business districts, such as Business Bay and Deira: front-office presentation, comfort in air-conditioned offices and a consistent look across branches.
  • Retail, hospitality and residential areas, such as Dubai Marina: customer-facing teams who need a polished appearance through a long shift.

We do not operate branches in these districts. Service is run from the Jebel Ali showroom and our Dubai production and warehouse operations, with measurement visits to your premises for qualifying orders. If your site requires gate passes, inductions or booked delivery slots, say so in the brief so that visits can be planned around them.

What we supply

Sectors we serve in Dubai

Each sector page sets out roles, garments and what to specify.

Other sectors are listed under industries we serve.

How supply and support work

  1. Brief or showroom visit. Share roles, headcount and your logo, or review fabrics and sample garments in person.
  2. Recommendation and mock-up. You receive fabric and garment options for each role, with a free digital logo mock-up.
  3. Measurement and sample. Staff are measured onsite for qualifying orders, and a sample is approved against a confirmed LPO.
  4. Supply. Ready-stock items are branded and custom garments are produced, then packed employee by employee.
  5. Ongoing support. New-joiner kits, replacements and annual replenishment run from your stored records through an employee uniform programme.

Dubai conditions to plan for

A uniform that works in Dubai has to cope with summer heat and coastal humidity outdoors, strong air-conditioning indoors and frequent laundering. Office staff may need a layer for cold interiors, while drivers and outdoor crews need breathable fabrics. We give UAE and GCC climate-ready fabric recommendations for each role. This is advice, not a performance guarantee. Final specification will be confirmed during quotation.

Care matters as much as fabric choice. The fabric care guide explains how to wash and store garments so that colour and branding last.

Other emirates and the GCC

Many Dubai companies also run branches in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates. Orders can be packed by branch or location so that each site receives its own labelled consignment. Projects elsewhere in the Gulf are covered on the GCC uniform supply page. Delivery timelines are confirmed during quotation.
