Uniform Suppliers UAE is the uniform and workforce-identity division of Mustang Advertising Trading LLC, a UAE business operating since 2007. We manufacture custom uniforms and supply ready-stock garments, combined with in-house branding — embroidery, printing, engraving and badges — from a single partner.

This page is written for buyers who are evaluating a manufacturing partner rather than choosing a single garment. It explains what can be made, how a project is controlled from brief to repeat order, and what to have ready before you ask for a quotation. Production and warehouse operations are in Dubai, and fabrics and sample garments can be reviewed at the Jebel Ali showroom.

Who needs a uniform manufacturer

Not every requirement needs manufacturing. A standard polo shirt with an embroidered logo can usually be supplied from ready stock. Manufacturing becomes the right route when the garment has to be yours: a specific corporate colour, a house design, a fabric chosen for the working environment, or sizing that a standard range does not cover.

  • Procurement teams consolidating several garment suppliers into one accountable source with one LPO trail.
  • HR and administration teams who need consistent sizing, named packing and a simple way to kit out new joiners.
  • Operations and HSE managers specifying workwear and safetywear for site conditions, visibility and laundering.
  • Pre-opening and mobilisation teams dressing a whole workforce before an opening or contract start date.
  • Multi-branch and multi-emirate organisations that need the same garment reproduced accurately on every repeat order.

Manufacturing capability in one programme

Three capabilities work together, which allows a uniform programme to be planned as a whole instead of as a series of separate purchases.

Custom garment manufacturing

Garments are made to your approved design, fabric, colour and size set. This covers corporate clothing, workwear, safetywear, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, school and event uniforms, as well as sportswear, T-shirts, polos, jackets and caps. The detailed method is set out on the custom uniform manufacturing service page.

Ready-stock garment supply

Ready-stock garments are standard styles that only need branding. They suit simple requirements, new joiners and urgent staff. Selected international garment brands, such as Gildan, are available through Mustang. The ready-stock uniforms page explains how this route works.

In-house branding

Embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation and engraving are handled in-house, so the garment and the logo are controlled by the same team. The branding methods guide explains which method suits which fabric, logo size and wash routine.

The two supply routes can be combined in one programme. Urgent staff are supplied from ready stock while the custom order is completed.

What we manufacture and supply

The ranges below link to the product categories. Each can be made to order, supplied from ready stock where a standard style exists, or planned as a mix of both.

The full structure is on the products page, and sector-specific guidance sits under industries.

Many programmes use both: custom garments for the roles that carry the brand, and ready-stock items for support roles, layering pieces or urgent starters. Delivery timelines are confirmed during quotation.

How a manufacturing project runs

The sequence below is the outline. Each stage has an approval point, so nothing moves into bulk production on an assumption.

  1. Brief. Roles, headcount by department, working environment, brand guidelines and the date the uniforms are needed.
  2. Fabric recommendation. UAE and GCC climate-ready fabric options are proposed for each role. This is advice based on the working environment and wash routine, not a performance guarantee.
  3. Free digital logo mock-up. Logo position, size and branding method are shown on the garment before production.
  4. Measurement. Free onsite individual uniform measurement is offered in the UAE for qualifying company uniform orders. See onsite measurement.
  5. Sample. Free uniform samples are provided against a confirmed Local Purchase Order (LPO). See uniform sampling.
  6. Production. Bulk production follows the approved sample, with branding applied in-house.
  7. Employee-level packing. Garments are packed employee by employee, by name, department, branch or location, so distribution on your side is a handover and not a sorting exercise.
  8. Stored records. Approved sizing, fabric, colour, logo position and branding are kept on record for repeat orders.

Garments measured by Mustang are covered by a fit-correction guarantee, which does not extend to body-size changes after measurement. The conditions are set out in the warranty terms.

Fabric and specification decisions for UAE and GCC conditions

A uniform in this region moves between outdoor heat, humidity and strongly air-conditioned interiors, often several times a day. It is also washed frequently, sometimes in an industrial laundry. Those three factors, more than appearance, decide whether a garment still looks right after months of wear.

When you compare fabric options, ask about fibre blend, weight and weave for each role, and how the colour and the branding behave under your laundering method. The guide to fabric GSM for workwear in the UAE explains how weight affects comfort and durability.

If your site, client or contract requires garments to a particular standard, state it in the brief and ask for supporting evidence at quotation stage. Our guide to textile and uniform manufacturing certifications explains what the common standards mean. Final specification will be confirmed during quotation.

What to prepare before requesting a quote

A complete brief shortens the quotation stage and reduces revisions. Have the following ready where you can:

  • Headcount by role, department and branch, with the split between men and women.
  • The garment list for each role, including how many sets each employee receives.
  • Your logo as a vector file, with brand colour references.
  • The working environment for each role: office, front of house, kitchen, warehouse, outdoor site.
  • The laundering method: home wash, in-house laundry or industrial laundry.
  • Any site, client or contract standards the garments must meet.
  • Delivery locations and whether packing should be by name, department or branch.
  • The date the uniforms are needed and any phased mobilisation.
  • A reference garment, if an existing uniform has to be matched.

The uniform ordering checklist covers the same ground in more detail, and ten questions to ask a uniform supplier is a useful test for any manufacturer you are comparing.

Supply across the GCC

The UAE is the primary market. Projects are also supplied to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait, with GCC delivery and project coordination. Exact delivery time and customs commitments are quoted per project.

Free onsite measurement applies in the UAE only. For teams elsewhere in the GCC, the sizing method is agreed during quotation, and the size and fit guide shows how measurements are taken. See GCC uniform supply for how cross-border projects are organised.

After the first order

From a single order to multi-branch uniform programmes, we handle it end to end: rollout, new-joiner kits, replacements and annual replenishment are managed through employee uniform programmes, using the stored records from the original order.

If your priority is local service and support in Dubai rather than production capability, see uniform supplier in Dubai. The custom uniform manufacturing guide covers the decisions in more depth.

Frequently asked questions

Do you manufacture custom uniforms or only supply ready-made garments?

Both. Custom garments are manufactured to your approved design, fabric and size set, and ready-stock garments are supplied with your branding. The two can be combined in one programme.

Where are you based?

Mustang Advertising Trading LLC has production and warehouse operations in Dubai and a showroom in Jebel Ali. Showroom details are on the contact page.

Can we approve a sample before bulk production?

Yes. Free uniform samples are provided against a confirmed Local Purchase Order, and bulk production follows the approved sample. The conditions are in the sample policy.

How long does custom manufacturing take?

It depends on fabric sourcing, how quickly the mock-up and sample are approved, the quantity and the branding involved. Delivery timelines are confirmed during quotation. Where staff need uniforms sooner, they can be supplied from ready stock while the custom order is completed.

Can you match our existing uniform or brand colour?

Send a reference garment and your brand colour references with the brief. The closest suitable fabric and shade are proposed, and you approve them at sample stage before production starts.

What happens when we need repeat orders or new-joiner kits?

Approved sizing, fabric, colour, logo position and branding are stored after the first order, so a repeat order or a kit for a new joiner is produced from the same record without starting the specification again.
