An event uniform has one job above all others: to make your team recognisable across a crowded hall, mall atrium or outdoor venue within seconds. It has to do that on a fixed date, often for staff who are confirmed late and drawn from several agencies.

Uniform Suppliers UAE is the uniform and workforce-identity division of Mustang Advertising Trading LLC, operating since 2007 from Dubai. We supply branded T-shirts, polo shirts, caps, jackets and crew uniforms to event organisers, exhibition contractors, brand-activation agencies, promoter-staffing companies and in-house marketing teams in the UAE and across the GCC.

The event uniform challenge in the UAE

The date does not move. Exhibition build-ups, product launches and seasonal campaigns run to fixed calendars, which means the uniform brief has to be settled while other details are still changing. Headcount and sizes are frequently the last things to be confirmed.

Conditions vary sharply. Exhibition halls and malls are strongly air-conditioned, while roadshows, sports days and outdoor activations expose staff to heat, humidity and sun for long shifts. The same campaign may need a light T-shirt for outdoor promoters and a jacket or long-sleeve layer for registration staff indoors.

One event or a full season

Decide early whether garments are for a single event or will be reused across a season. Single-use campaign T-shirts and reusable crew polo shirts call for different fabrics, branding methods and size planning.

Fabric and climate notes

Cotton T-shirts feel familiar and take print well, which suits indoor promotions. Polyester and performance knits dry more readily on the body and are the usual choice for outdoor activations and sports events. Blends sit between the two and are common for polo shirts that will be reused.

Colour affects comfort as well as visibility. Dark crew colours hide marks backstage but absorb heat outdoors, so consider a lighter shade for teams working in the sun. Selected international garment brands, including Gildan, are available through Mustang where a campaign calls for a specific blank garment. We give UAE and GCC climate-ready fabric recommendations as advice. Final specification will be confirmed during quotation.

Branding and identification

The branding method should follow the design, the fabric and the number of garments.

  • Screen printing suits larger runs of the same design in solid colours.
  • Heat transfer suits names, numbers and smaller runs with several variations.
  • Sublimation suits all-over colour designs on polyester garments such as jerseys.
  • Embroidery suits polo shirts, caps and jackets that will be worn repeatedly.

All four are handled in-house through our garment printing and embroidery services, and you receive a free digital logo mock-up before production. If several sponsor logos must appear, send each one as vector artwork with its placement rules. The guide to embroidery versus printing compares the methods in more depth.

Access control is part of the uniform. Event lanyards and ID cards can be supplied with the garments, so crew, staff and VIP passes share one visual system.

How ordering works

  1. Brief early. Share the event date, venue type, roles, estimated headcount by size and all logo artwork, even if numbers are still provisional.
  2. Mock-up. We prepare a free digital logo mock-up for approval by you and, where relevant, your client or sponsor.
  3. Choose the supply route. Ready-stock garments can be combined with custom manufacturing in one programme. Urgent staff can be supplied from ready stock while the custom order is completed.
  4. Confirm sizes. Send the final size breakdown as soon as staffing is confirmed.
  5. Packing. Garments can be packed by name, team or location, so that distribution on site is straightforward.
  6. Repeat campaigns. Approved colours, logo positions and branding details are kept on record for the next event.

Delivery timelines are confirmed during quotation. Lead time depends on garment type, branding method, the number of logo positions and how soon artwork and sizes are approved, so brief as early as your event plan allows. Dubai-based teams can read more on our uniform supplier in Dubai page, and the guide to polo shirts for business covers the most common event garment in detail.

Frequently asked questions

Can you supply uniforms for a one-day event?

Yes. Single-event garments are typically ready-stock T-shirts, polo shirts and caps branded with your campaign artwork. Delivery timelines are confirmed during quotation, so share your event date with the first enquiry.

What if our headcount changes after we order?

Tell us as soon as numbers change. Ready-stock garments can be combined with custom manufacturing in one programme, and urgent staff can be supplied from ready stock while the custom order is completed. What can be added is confirmed when we requote.

Which branding method should we choose?

It depends on the design, fabric and number of garments. Screen printing suits larger runs of one design, heat transfer suits names and variations, sublimation suits all-over polyester designs, and embroidery suits reusable polo shirts, caps and jackets.

Can you supply lanyards and badges with the uniforms?

Yes. Lanyards, ID cards, name badges and caps can be quoted alongside the garments, so the whole team identity comes from one supplier. See workforce accessories for the range.
